We offer full service and maintenance options to meet our customers needs.
FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE
The full service and maintenance package includes all parts, labor, and repairs to the system.
- Certified Engineers on call 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
- In an emergency situation, on-site response time of 4 hours or less.
- Non-emergencey situation, on-site response time of 24 hours or less.
- Add, move or change response time of 3 - 5 business days.
RETAINER SUPPORT MAINTENANCE
This program is ideal for the customer who can handle some of the tasks involved in maintaining the system but need assistance on occasion. D'tel can provide support via telephone or on-site. The retainer can be modified to meet the exact needs of our customers.

TIME AND MATERIALS MAINTENANCE
